I’m so excited to have you as part of the team. I understand how scary it can be to start a fitness program when you are dealing with pain and fatigue, so rest assured that I will be here to help you if you need anything along the way.

The Phases of MITFIT 90
- GOALS -
PHASE 1
Focus on improving your stamina and mobility. Try to complete the first 30 days from your workout schedule all the way through. Take as long as you need to accomplish this. It’s ok if it takes more than 30 days to complete.
Implement the tips from Phase 1 of your Nutrition and Lifestyle packs as much as you can. These tips will help you to lessen pain and fatigue even more.
PHASE 2
Focus on improving your strength and endurance. Take as long as you need to complete the second 30 day set of workouts all the way through.
Try to Implement most of the tips from Phase 2 of your Nutrition and Lifestyle packs. These tips will help increase your energy and decrease your stress levels.
PHASE 3
Focus on improving your body composition and energy. Complete the last 30 day set of workouts.
Phase 3 of your Nutrition and Lifestyle packs will have tips that help you to lose excess weight without the stress.
