🚨 If you haven’t subscribed to any of my workouts or programs yet, I want to let you know that starting in March, 2025 we have to increase our prices. Our costs for creating and hosting all the workouts have gone up and we want to keep bringing you more and more content each month.

We kept our prices low for a long time, to extend help to as many as we could in this community, but now without the bump it’s going to be difficult to sustain and grow.
