ABOUT COCOLIME FITNESS
I’m Suzanne, a certified personal trainer since 2010 and the creator of the Cocolime Method.
I built it for myself first. After years of fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue, ordinary exercise programs asked more of my body than it could give back. So I started designing workouts the other way round — sized to the energy I actually had that day, with rest built in, and nothing that punished me the next morning.
That is what Cocolime Fitness is: strength, cardio, Pilates, dance, mobility and stretching workouts, from a few minutes lying down to a full session, designed so you can pick the one that fits the day you’re having. I’m not a guru. I’m someone who has been there and found a way to keep moving, and I made this so you don’t have to work it out alone. Read my story.
Who Cocolime Fitness is for
Cocolime workouts are designed for people whose bodies don’t recover from exercise on a predictable schedule — because of a chronic condition, ongoing pain, or energy that changes from one day to the next. Most members live with one or more of these:
If your condition isn’t listed, you’re not excluded. Workouts here are chosen by how your body is doing today — energy, pain, mobility — not by diagnosis.
Who it’s not for
Cocolime Fitness is fitness, not treatment. It is not physical therapy, medical rehabilitation, or a program for any specific disease. If you’re newly diagnosed, recovering from surgery or a serious flare, or have been told to limit activity, please talk with your clinician before you start. If you live with ME/CFS or experience post-exertional malaise, please read our note on pacing first.
The Frustrating Cycle of Low Energy & Fitness
Does this sound familiar? Waking up already tired. Trying to push through fatigue, stress or pain — hoping this workout will finally be the one — and ending up more drained than before. Almost everything out there is designed for someone who never runs out of fuel. So you either avoid moving altogether, or push through out of guilt and crash again.
I know this feeling, because I’ve lived it too.

Questions people ask
Can I do these workouts if I have fibromyalgia or a chronic condition?
They’re designed for people who do. Suzanne is a certified trainer who lives with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue herself, and CLF TV includes seated, standing and lying-down options across strength, cardio, Pilates, dance, mobility and stretching. Workouts run 5 to 45 minutes, so you can choose one that fits the day you’re having. If you’re unsure whether exercise is right for you at the moment, check with your clinician first.
How long are the workouts?
Workouts on CLF TV range from 5 to 45 minutes. You can filter playlists by time, type and energy level to find one that fits your day.
Do I need equipment?
Light hand weights, a chair and a mat. Household items can stand in for the weights if you don’t have them.
Is there a free trial?
The CLF TV app offers a 7-day free trial; the web plan doesn’t include one. You can also try two free 10-minute workouts, a normal version and a low-energy version, when you sign up for the newsletter.
What if I’m having a flare or a very low-energy day?
CLF TV playlists are organised by energy level, so you can choose a shorter or gentler session instead of your usual one. Resting is also an option. The library will be here when you’re ready.
Is this physical therapy or medical treatment?
No. Cocolime Fitness is on-demand fitness, not physical therapy or medical treatment, and it isn’t a substitute for care from your doctor or therapist. If you have questions about what’s right for you, please check with your healthcare provider.
