Here are 50 of my favorite, allergy friendly recipes that I personally created and know you are sure to enjoy! Every recipe uses easy to find, all natural ingredients that most people can find no mater where they live. The recipes do not cater to one type of diet in particular so they can be used by a variety of people with different food restrictions and they can be easily adapted if needed.
I do not believe in restrictive dieting anymore because it made me miserable and only craving more of the food I was trying to avoid, so you will notice that most of the recipes, although very healthy, are not necessarily low in fat or carbs. Rather, they are designed to be very satisfying and full of beneficial nutrients.
I have also included several quick options for healthy meal ideas you can easily put together when you have less time to cook or are on the go. Remember, eating well, eating the right amount of food, and including some of all the food groups in moderation to get the right balance of vitamins and minerals, are vital to improving our health. So please eat up, eat well, and enjoy your meals without the guilt… And get ready to feel and look better fast!
