I encourage you to keep track of how you feel throughout your journey through MITFIT 90. You will be exercising in a new way, adjusting your diet, and making lifestyle changes. Writing down how you feel each day can help you identify what’s working best for you and/or what to avoid.

The more effort you put into this, the more you’ll get out of the program. At first it may not seem like you’re writing down anything real important. But don’t worry, after a few weeks you’ll start to notice patterns. These will help you make adjustments and set reasonable goals for yourself as you progress from week to week.
