When you’re making good progress with your workouts and you’re starting to see real results, it’s great to keep up with it when you’re on the go. But realistically, I understand it just may not be possible to perform a complete workout if you’re away from home. So I’d like to share with you this Travel Workout you can save to your phone or even print out so you have something easy to do that will help you keep moving so you can continue to progress.

This workout consists of simple stretches you can hold for 30-60 seconds each and you can try to challenge yourself to go deeper each time you do it. Enjoy!
