Turkey Burgers With Avocado Corn Salsa
(Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Soy Free, Sugar Free, Grain Free, Lower In Carbs)
Ingredients:
2 cooked turkey burgers seasoned (or chicken if you prefer)
1 large avocado, cutt into chunks
1 can of sweet corn drained and rinsed
⅛ cup chopped fresh cilantro
½ tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
paprika to taste
½ lime, juiced
Directions:
Cook your turkey burgers according to the package directions or make your own from scratch. Next assemble the avocado corn salsa. Drain and rinse the corn and place into a mixing bowl. Next cut up your avocado into small chunks and chop your cilantro. Add both to the mixing bowl. Finally season with your salt, pepper, paprika and add in your lime juice and olive oil. Mix it all up together and top the mixture over your burger patties. Enjoy.
