Low Fat French Vinaigrette

(Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Soy Free, Sugar Free, Grain Free, Lower In Carbs, Low Fat)

Ingredients:

Cornstarch Water:

  • 1 cup of water + 1 tab cornstarch (bring the water to a simmer on the stove then add in the cornstarch, mix until thickened and set aside to cool)

Dressing:

  • 4-5 pressed garlic cloves

  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

  • 2 teaspoon dijon mustard

  • 1 teaspoon dried french herbs

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 4-6 tablespoon of the cornstarch water

Directions:

Add all of the ingredients for dressing together in a mixing bowl and whisk to mix. Add to a jar with a tight lid and shake. Enjoy with your favorite dressing.
