Reese’s Peanut Butter Balls
Raw Vegan - Soy Free - Gluten Free - Refined Sugar Free
Time to make: 5 min prep time - 30 minutes set time
Ingredients
1 cup quick gluten free oats
2/3 cup raw peanut butter (I make my own in my Vita Mix with just peanuts and salt)
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
1/2 tablespoon vanilla
a pinch of sea salt to taste
1/2 cup gluten free soy free chocolate chips
Directions:
Add all of the above ingredients in bowl and mix to combine. Next place a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Form dough into balls and place on the paper. Place in the refrigerator for 30 min. Enjoy!
