Vanilla Maple Chia Pudding by Cocolime Fitness

Low Histamine / Low Fat / Vegan / Fruit Free / Refined Sugar Free / Nut Free / Gluten Free / Soy Free

Ingredients

  • 1 cup low fat coconut milk 

  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 

  • A small pinch sea salt 

  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon maple syrup 

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds 

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Add to a jar and place in the fridge until set. Top with whatever toppings you prefer. Enjoy.
