Dragon Fruit Blueberry Smoothie Bowl
Anti-Inflammatory - Liver Cleansing - Low Fat - Vegan - Nut Free - Soy Free - Gluten Free - Sugar Free
Ingredients
1/2 of a dragon fruit peeled and chopped. (If you don’t have dragon fruit use blackberries)
1 frozen banana
A handful of frozen grapes
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
A tiny pinch of sea salt
1/4 cup low fat coconut milk
Blueberries
Directions:
Add all the fruit except for the blueberries to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. It should be thick. Place into a bowl and top with blueberries and any other fruit you prefer. Add spinach or other greens to the smoothie bowl if you desire. Enjoy.
