How do I modify each move to work for my body if the modifications aren’t shown? 

Most of my videos guide you with options so you stay within your limits. But, if you’re following a routine and there’s no modifications shown for your condition then simply substitute an alternate movement/position that you are comfortable doing that focuses on the same body parts being worked in the routine, or that keeps your heart rate up.

If you are not sure how to do this, just take a break and rest until the next move or march in place. Just do the best you can and keep moving. Trust me, you’ll still see the benefits!
