Hi, I’m Suzanne W. For years, I felt trapped in that same cycle. My energy came and went, and traditional workouts only made things worse. I was exhausted—physically and mentally.
Everything changed when I stopped trying to force my body to perform and started learning how to work with it. I began studying all about mindful movement, nervous-system regulation, and sustainable strength training—and discovered that results don’t need to come from punishment.
That’s how Cocolime Fitness began: a collection of low-impact, at-home workouts that build strength, mobility, and stamina in a way that feels supportive and rewarding—not draining.
