I created Cocolime Fitness to share a smarter approach, focusing on low-impact movements, nervous system regulation and truly listening to your body. It’s how I learned to build sustainable strength and reclaim my own fitness – and I believe you can too.

I understand this struggle deeply, because I've lived it.

How I Discovered a New Way to Move & Thrive

Hi, I'm Suzanne W. For years, I felt trapped in that same cycle. My body felt unpredictable, and fitness felt like a battlefield I kept losing. I felt robbed of my strength and vitality. Doctors didn't always have answers, and standard exercise advice just didn't apply.

My turning point came not from pushing harder, but from a fundamental change of thinking. I had to learn how to work with my body, not against it. This meant prioritizing nervous system regulation – using specific techniques to calm my body's stress response – and cultivating deep body awareness, truly listening to its unique signals within chronic illness.

From this journey, Cocolime Fitness was born. It’s not just stretching or pilates (though we incorporate mindful movement!). I designed it to include effective, enjoyable elements of toning, using light weights, adapted gentle cardio, and even fun, dance-inspired routines – all meticulously crafted to be safe, build sustainable strength, and feel rewarding, not punishing. It’s the approach that finally allowed me to reclaim fitness.
