Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Cookies

(Gluten Free, Soy Free, Grain Free, Dairy Free / Vegan Optional)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup peanut butter or other nut butter of your choice

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

  • 2 eggs and 2 egg whites

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 cup chocolate vegan protein powder

  • 3 tablespoons coconut flour or almond flour

  • 3/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips (dairy free if you are vegan)

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Mix the wet ingredients together. Next in a separate bowl mix your dry ingredients. Now add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until combined. Finally add in your chocolate chips. Take a teaspoon full of your dough and make it into a ball placing it on the cookie sheet. Continue with this process until you use all your dough. Cook for 5 minutes, let cool and enjoy.
