Chocolate Chia Protein Pudding: Dairy Free
Ingredients:
1 cup dairy free milk
2 heaping teaspoons of chia seeds
1 scoop plant based protein powder
1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tab honey
1 heaping teaspoons cocoa powder
Directions:
Mix all of the above ingredients together in a high powered blender, add to a glass container with a lid and place in your fridge over night. Enjoy the next day.
