If you can’t get the moves immediately don’t give up! Just move along with me as best you can and eventually you’ll get it. You’ll be doing these cardio workouts throughout the entire program so don’t worry, you’ll get it!
During the workout I show modifications to adjust for your particular needs so look for them and do what feels best for you.

Use this option only if you are experiencing mobility issues, such as difficulty getting down on the floor. When you are feeling better, do the original workout when it shows up again on the workout calendar.
