  • If you can’t get the moves immediately don’t give up! Just move along with me as best you can and eventually you’ll get it. You’ll be doing these cardio workouts throughout the entire program so don’t worry, you’ll get it!

  • During the workout I show modifications to adjust for your particular needs so look for them and do what feels best for you.

  • Make sure to have fun and always listen to your body!

Use these videos instead, only if you are experiencing coordination and mobility issues. When you are feeling better, do the original workouts when they show up again on the workout calendar.
