Lifestyle Pack Phase 1

This Lifestyle Pack will provide you with safe, practical and easy to implement guidelines that I and hundreds of others have used to improve our health conditions and reach our fitness goals successfully over time. I am so excited to share them with you here and hope that they can benefit you in amazing ways!

Remember progress does not require perfection. Try to take one tip at a time and do your best with it. Change takes time and old habits die hard, so if it takes you longer than the 30 days to implement the guidelines don’t get discouraged. Just keep coming back to them, and try to not give up. Natural healing is a slow process so if you don’t notice changes right away it does not mean they’re not working.

How to use the Lifestyle Pack:

Study the pack for Phase 1 below before you begin.

  • Start with trying to apply the first point from your pack right away. As you get comfortable add on the next point.

  • Even if you are not perfect try to implement all the points in the pack before moving on to Phase 2.

  • Bonus: To keep track of how the guidelines are really helping you use your Lifestyle Pack Journal from the Bonus Packs to write down any changes you might be experiencing from applying the guidelines. When you start to see patterns over time you can use those to personalize the guidelines to better suit your needs and lifestyle.

  • As you continue on to Phase 2 keep up with the tips that worked well for you in Phase 1. The three phases are designed to be cumulative so you’ll just keep learning and adding to your routine.
