I know it seems totally overwhelming to have to completely change the way you eat. Don't worry, you won't have to do crazy caloric restriction or extreme dieting here. As you'll see below, stress is a major contributor to fibromyalgia so the last thing I want to do is to increase your stress by giving you a gigantic list of do's and don'ts. Exercise - You Don't Need to Push Through the Pain

I used to teach group fitness and am a personal trainer, so like everyone else, I used to live by the "no pain, no gain" mentality. Trust me, effective treatment of fibromyalgia does NOT include that strategy. You can read how I learned this the hard way here. Over several years of research and trial and error, I've developed the Cocolime Method, which uses a unique combination of exercises and varying levels of range of motion and intensity, so you can achieve lasting results without crashing.

  • Phase 1 will help you get accustomed to exercising regularly, improve your posture, flexibility and mobility. You should start to experience less daily pain as you progress through this phase via the low-impact activities.

  • Phase 2 will help increase your endurance and strength. You’ll gain confidence in doing some of the things you used to do before and now you’ll have the energy to give them a try again!

  • Phase 3 will really start toning your body with slightly more intense and lengthier workout days. You’re going to love the way you look and you’ll have the motivation to keep it going!

The workouts are designed to be fun with great music you'll love to come back to each day. I've also included no-talking versions so once you get the routines down, you can do them with only music to keep you on beat. Many of my clients have said they never thought they'd be able to do aerobic exercise or strength training again due to their chronic pain conditions but MITFIT 90 proved them wrong!
