Try these four great, gentle push-up alternatives if you have pain!

Do you HATE doing pushups? Even modified versions of pushups? Me too! So that is why this week I am happy to share with a short video that offers gentle, yet effective alternatives for you to try out even if you have limited mobility and or have a lot of pain in your wrists or knees when doing pushups.
