WHAT I EAT IN A DAY WITH FATIGUE + A Glimpse Into How I Make My Workouts

RECIPES IN THIS VIDEO:

BAKED BANANA PROTEIN OATMEAL:

2 cups GF oats

2 cups boiling water (cover the oats with the boiling water and set aside for 15 min)

1 1/2 bananas smashed

1 flax egg (1 tab ground flaxseed and 3 tab water)

1/2 cup honey

2 scoops natural protein powder

1/2 cup hemp seeds

2 teas cinnamon

1/2 teas sea salt

2 teas vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS: Once oats are soaked mix all the other ingredients together and put in a greased baking pan. Heat oven to 350 degrees and cook for 30-35 min. When ready to eat top with bananas, berries, and or nuts and seeds and some dairy free milk. Enjoy!❤️

CLF PESTO:

2-3 cups basil

1 handful of roasted almonds

1 teas sea salt

1 whole lemon squeezed

1/2 cup oil of choice (I use sesame oil but olive is better tasting)

4-5 garlic cloves

2 tab nutritional yeast

INSTRUCTIONS: Blend all the ingredients in a high powered blender and store in a glass jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy 🌱

CLF HUMMUS:

1 cup cooked white beans

1/2 cup tahini paste

1/4 cup sesame oil

1 teas sea salt

1 teas cumin

1 whole lemon squeezed

4-5 garlic cloves

INSTRUCTIONS: Blend all the ingredients in a high powered blender and store in a glass jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy 🌱
