Why are all of these workouts for fibromyalgia & fatigue medium intensity and low impact? 

While it is true that initially some people do see results faster doing these higher intense workouts, studies are now showing that the long term results from consistently doing these types of intense workouts can be very dangerous to your health and can even cause more inflammation in your body, preventing fat loss and muscle growth.
