Understanding Inflammation & Energy Drain
Let’s talk about the real reason so many of us feel drained, heavy, or inflamed all the time—especially when you're living with mystery symptoms, or a chronic illness like fibromyalgia, lupus, or chronic fatigue.
At the root of many chronic symptoms is something called systemic inflammation—a kind of slow-burning fire inside the body that affects everything from your joints to your hormones to your brain.
Most people are trying to fight inflammation with only part of the picture. They often hyper-focused only on one aspect of health —while completely missing the nervous system, movement patterns, and emotional stress loops that keep inflammation stuck.
Some of the biggest triggers are often more related to:
Chronic stress or unresolved trauma stored in the body
A dysregulated nervous system stuck in “fight or flight”
Overexercising or doing workouts your body can’t recover from
Long-standing fascia tightness or pressure around organs and lymphatic system
That’s why things like “eating clean” or “lifting heavy” may only get you so far—if the deeper systems aren’t supported, the symptoms remain.
