Mitfit 90 Workout Modifications

I realize that sometimes a workout may contain movements or positions that are just too difficult for you to do right now. Don’t worry, instead of skipping a move altogether, simply use these workout modifications to do them, so you can still get the most of the workout. You can access them here on the MITFIT 90 site, or download the PDF file and print them out. I hope these tips will help you feel better soon!
