Long before I developed a chronic illness myself, I often pushed myself to exercise at intensity levels that left me feeling completely worn out, instead of rejuvenated. Of course, I would just ignore it and keep pushing through the next one, and the next one, as many of us do… because that’s what we all thought we are supposed to do, right?
As I got worse, I had to create something of my own that would be safe for people with chronic pain and fatigue. However, coming from someone that has always enjoyed fitness, I didn’t just want stretches and boring workouts! I wanted something more! Does that sound like you?
