The program includes guidance for nutrition and lifestyle changes that will help you feel better and recover. Everything is presented in a progressive way so you build at a pace that will have real effects, but won’t overdo it.
Even though it’s a 90 day program, you can take rest days if needed and just pickup where you left off. Many of my customers have taken up to six months to complete the program. And others, have gone back and repeated the entire program and they say they get more and more out of it each time.
