In the program there are options for Lower Energy days - especially if the standard workout is a longer one. I suggest you stick with 10 minutes or less for now.
You can repeat this program over and over again and you’ll gradually be able to do more as you become more comfortable with Cocolime Fitness exercises and are gaining more flexibility and energy, too. I always encourage you to listen to your body, so just do as much as you can. If you need rest days, that’s ok.
