to share with you this new feature for Cocolime Fitness coming soon! It’s been such a privilege for me to help so many of you on your fitness journey through my CLF routines and programs. But I really want to be able help you on a personal level. When I can get to know you personally, find out exactly what you’re dealing with, and what your goals are, I can help you get there much faster, and safer, with a totally custom program designed just for you!

HOW SOON WILL YOU SEE RESULTS?

My goal is to provide you with a program that you’ll start to see results in as little as 2 to 4 weeks. The more your’e committed to following the provided plans, the better results you’ll get.

To achieve the more significant improvements, you may need 2 - 6 months, depending on the severity of your case.

I recommend you try my Personal Training program for at least 2 months, but you’re welcome to just try it for one month and make your decision to continue afterwards.


 WHAT’S INCLUDED

First we’ll start with your FREE consultation meeting. You can see what openings I have and book one below in the scheduler. During this meetup I’ll get to know what you’re dealing with and what are your goals.

I’ll let you know if I think the personal training is right for you, or if it’s better to wait and do something else.

If Personal Training is a good fit, after you sign-up, I’ll get to work right away on your customized program. With your phone or computer, You’ll be able to access all the workouts, all the guided tips, and my voice-mail instructions, all in one convenient place.

Here you’ll be recording progress. Each Monday I’ll be looking over how it’s going and will make suggestions if needed.

Every 2 Weeks we can meetup to talk about how it’s going so I can design the next phase of the program for you.
