Let me tell you about my story.

Finding my path.

Growing up, I always struggled with my energy levels. Frequent infections and a tendency to bottle up my emotions took a toll, leading to weight gain and a strained relationship with my body.

The Search for Solutions.

By my teens, I was already deeply entrenched in the typical fitness advice of the time – intense workouts and restrictive diets. Even after becoming a fitness instructor in my twenties, this pattern continued. While I saw some initial results, they were often short-lived and came at a significant cost. I was constantly pushing myself, and my body was constantly breaking down, leaving me feeling depleted and frustrated.

A Turning Point.

Years of this unsustainable lifestyle eventually caught up with me. I experienced a complete burnout in 2015, leaving me with chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. I couldn't even maintain a basic exercise routine without crashing. It was a frightening time, and I felt lost and unsure of how to recover.

Discovering the Cocolime Method.

Out of sheer necessity, I began to experiment and developed the Cocolime Method – a sustainable approach to exercise that prioritizes how your body feels. I focused on movements that were both challenging and enjoyable, allowing me to build strength and improve my fitness without the constant fear of burnout. Within months, I saw significant improvements in my pain, energy levels, and overall well-being. I finally felt like I was making progress without sacrificing my health.

Sharing My Journey.

Inspired by my own transformation, I wanted to share my journey and the Cocolime Method with others who might be struggling. I started sharing my workouts on YouTube, hoping to reach those who, like me, were searching for a more sustainable approach to fitness. The response was incredibly encouraging, and I realized I could make a real difference.

Building the Online Community.

In 2017, my husband and I launched the Cocolime Fitness website, offering a diverse library of workouts, interactive programs, and a supportive community. Our goal was to provide a comprehensive resource for individuals seeking a holistic approach to fitness that prioritizes well-being and empowers them to achieve their goals.

Today, here we are.
