Avocado Tomato Toast : Gluten Free

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole avocado

  • 2 cloves garlic smashed

  • A pinch of sea salt

  • Gluten Free Bread Toasted

  • Chopped Cherry Tomatoes

  • Thinly Sliced Purple Onion

Optional: 

Balsamic Vinegar Reduction

Directions:

Smash your garlic with a little sea salt using a mortar and pestle, if you have one. Next mash your avocado with a fork and mix the garlic with the avocado. Toast your bread and then top with your avocado smash, tomatoes and purple onion. Enjoy.
