Cocolime Chocolate Chip Cookies: Gluten Free

Ingredients:

  • 1 large egg at room temperature

  • 1/2 cup butter at room temperature

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt 

  • 1 3/4 cup gluten free baking flour mix

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar packed

  • 1/2 cup white sugar

  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cookie sheet. Mix all of the wet ingredients together and set aside. Next mix all of the dry ingredients together and add the wet to the dry. Add by tablespoons to cookie sheet and cook for 7-8 minutes. Let cool and enjoy.
